The removalist workers were quick and excellent. Good attitude , helpful and friendly. My only problem was delivery took only 2 hours and could have occurred at 2 pm on the previous day saving overnight accommodation costs
Still haven't received our goods they are overdue. Our packer was a cranky man. We didn't understand cubic metres so was underestimated what we were taking. Communication on the nz side has been slow
I'm not sure if this feedback form is meant to be for our first consignment or for both consignments; I'll assume both.
The lack of communication has been astounding. From unanswered emails and questions, to asking for forms that have already been submitted- Production seem to just not care. We were already getting very frustrated with the service, but then to be told at the end of the first packing day that we need to bring everything down from the attic ourselves because of H&S- unacceptable. That was the night before we fly out, spent clearing an entire attic. The H&S issue should have been raised during the home visit.
we have just been informed our goods will be delayed an additional 2 weeks. That's ok, I understand things happen, but why am I hearing their departure from Sydney will be delayed after the date they're meant to already be in Auckland?
if honest, I have never felt so frustrated with a service before- we felt incredibly alone during the process, and the lack of communication has been terrible.

Quick to reply and our boxes arrived quicker than expected also great communication.
The overall experience was smooth and stress-free. Both Singapore and Melbourne sides were prompt in their response but communications between either side and the customer could be improved. We had an excellent experience with Asian Tigers packing and Conroy delivering our items but the initial arrangement conversations were not followed up as promised and we had to prompt for replies.
Karen was excellent in replying and was quick in getting answers. Thank you for the good service.
One slight inconvenience was the delivery of the items at the end. The delivery person came at 9.30 am instead of the agreed 11.00 am. It is usually nice to be early but due to the restrictions of delivery timing by the building management, there had to be some waiting done and I had to rush back from my office.
We also received our items in good condition, which was a worry as a colleague who recently returned to Melbourne from Singapore had his items damaged from mould growth.

I would like to say so many thanks. From packing to un packing they did awsome job.
Communcation, value and service was below expectations. I was initially invoiced over $500 over what was expected, which was not immediately rectified when the issue was first raised. There was inconsistencies in information and my questions were not answered directly. The invoice amounts were substantially more than what was quoted by competitors.
Actual delivery of goods and the delivery people (contractors?) provided good service and were quick and efficient.
Great service. Guided me through customs requirements, and made sure our container cleared as quickly as possible.
Friendly and efficient team offloaded and unpacked our household goods with no problems.
