"Overall very good service"
Excellent service in Australia, slowed down a bit in NZ but this was apparently due to NZ customs and the time of year, the week prior to christmas. Overall very good service, we have moved with Conroys twice now and would not hesiatate to recommend them, we would happiliy use them again.

"overall experience disappointing"
The following issues have made our overall experience disappointing and some of it was as a result of handling in NZ.
- We have had damage to some items we suspect as a result of all the double handling. The fridge has been dented, a 5 mm deep hole is in the top of one of the besides and a wooden piece has been broken off the dining table.
- Cartons were coming apart on delivery.
- Items that had been unwrapped for quarantine were not rewrapped adequately to prevent damage in transit to delivery.
Whilst we appreciate you getting our stuff to us before Christmas, we feel the process would have happened faster if our emails were answered. We were asked to respond to an email regarding quarantine ASAP and when we hadn't heard back we rang only to find out Jenna hadn't even read our reply the following day. We understand it is a busy time but we feel our emails were not replied to in a prompt manner when time was important.
We feel the bubble wrap did not protect our furniture adequately. We were told it was recyclable but the local tip would not accept it for recycling. Disposing of the bubble has therefore cost us money to dump and given the time of year it has been inpractical for us to store it and wait for you to pick it up.
"Delivery itself was excellent"
Very frustrating that had to wait a week after quarantine clearance before had container delivered. All communications both in U.K. And Australia implied that you get your stuff as soon as cleared. Delivery itself was excellent.

"The delivery guys were lovely but I question if trained"
The delivery guys were lovely but I question if trained. Many of my furniture items have Stanley knife scratches and my leather couch has been cut. I now need to make an insurance claim.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful. The only thing to change, is the length of time it takes to get the boxes, we would have liked them a week before removal, 2 day's before removal is not enough time to pack up a whole house. Thank you for a great service Conroy's :)
"Everything went according to plan"
Everything went according to plan both on uplift and delivery. Packers were courteous and efficient. I couldn't fault your service (though some items were over wrapped in paper but only to my benefit. Nothing was broken).
