We unfortunately had 2 items of furniture smashed beyond repair and 2 others repairable. ..Also a throw rug that has never arrived. ..The customer service is excellent but the handling of our goods was a bit disappointing. .yes I would recommend your service to others with some conditions

"Wrapping and packing was done well"
Wrapping and packing was done well and up tp my previous expectation. Staff friendly and accomodating. David was my sales contcat again and was very helpfull with initial arrangements and quoting was very competitive. Shipping was delayed again due to a change in vessel, but I am sure this is not anything that Conroy has control over. South African agent was not the same but still very professional and I was happy with Conroy's choice.

Our move was the best i have been involved with, everyone kept us fully informed by email and phone calls from quotation, packing, pickup and then delivery here in Kabankalan City. I applaud the professional, friendly attitude of all the staff and your agent here in Cebu. Everything arrived on time, in perfect condtition, an indication of a professional service.
"packing and loading went well"
The Australia side of our move was very good, packing and loading went well. The USA delivery side took too long in that customs released shipment on Sept 26 and wasn't delivered until Oct 6. The delivery crew was pleasant, the delivery service on the day was average. Would have preferred more help unboxing, especially kitchen, but contractor and his team had another job packing and loading after our delivery, as well as 3.1/2 hour drive back to San Jose, so difficult for me to keep asking them to unbox. So I signed off on the job. Our household goods are here. Thank you for your service.
"Really happy with all aspects"
Having never moved overseas before Conroys were awesome both in Brisbane and Auckland. Even though we only had a few items we were treated just as if we had a house full. John in Brisbane was very patient in answering all my questions. Really happy with all aspects
I found the Perth team very cordial and helpful, they went out of their way to make my friend comfortable while she waited for me when I dropped my car off at the Canningvale depot on Perth WA.
The Napier team were also helpful and advised me when my furniture and car had been cleared from customs, although I felt they could have been more communicative once my goods had arrived in port.
The overall performance of Conroys was excellent and I have reccommeneded them to everyyone who decides to relocate overseas I felt their costs were very reasonable and I would use them again if I need to relocate anywhere in NZ or back overseas. I did not have any breakage and myy car did not have any extra scratches when I picked it up. Thank you Conroys I will use your company again if I need to.
