Our prime contract mover in the USA defrauded us by not paying Conroy or any of the subcontractors. Conroy attempted collection and helped us in all the ways they could to no affect but Conroy worked with us beyond their obligation and we were able to get delivery of our goods (even if we had to pay for the services that the prime contractor did not).  In addition to excellent service provided by Conroy management and customer service staff, the Conroy subcontractor did a super job delivering our goods. Conroy manages their subcontractors and they performed perfectly under these terrible circumstances. Thank you Ryan and Izzi! Thank you Conroy! 

Excellent service by all of the staff from admin and the staff that picked up and also staff that delivered my furniture into storage.

Great value and mostly good communication. I'm a little frustrated that so many of my plastic storage tubs were smashed, as was my desk. The guys on upload were great. The team on delivery were also nice, but far too many of them (6-8) coming into small duplex, it just became chaotic. I totally understand that many hands make light work. But it was chaos and frustrating for me. Lots of stuff went to the wrong locations & because they're all calling out numbers to me as they walk past, I wasn't confident that everything had been delivered. 2 weeks later I'm still looking for stuff.
