Elizabeth was fabulous and really understanding with my general stress and impatience around shipping. One thing that I think it would be good to fix is that on the tracking of clearance portal, the banner that says the process will take up to three weeks should be adjusted - as the process took more like five weeks for me. It is really useful as a customer to have an estimate, but these should be adjusted as accurately as possible for prospective times for clients. Thank you! Very grateful to everyone for being nice!

Brilliant service. Highly recommended. Great communications via email and phone. Well priced.
Your staff were excellent at both ends Townsville and Sunshine Coast. Nothing was too hard for them and instructions to where items were to go was no trouble. All of them were very friendly and seem to me to love what they do. I reckon a pay rise could be on the cards because it's hard work lifting and carrying heavy furniture.
Also the administration side can't be faulted as we were kept up to date with what was happening, very good communication.
Thank you so much for a very smooth shift.
