Excellent Service
Excellent service, would definitely recommend. Our things were packed so well and efficiently. Just could improve on transparency over timings (were told 9-12 weeks for shipping which was true but this did not take into account another 2-3 weeks the other end).

Delivery from UK to Australia went ahead as planned. No damage to boxes and delivered to my door by friendly driver. Conroy kept me updated throughout the whole process. Have recommended them to friends.

Boxes Delivered in Good Condition
I appreciated the regular email updates, friendly customer service and helpful delivery driver. Boxes were delivered in good condition considering their journey from London to Australia.

Outstanding Service All Around
Matt and Special K were fantastic. They were attentive and very professional. They took so much care in my new property, which had just been freshly painted and carpeted. I was also impressed with the pre-service of Conroy. From the pre move logistics and also a call from Ra the day before the move. Outstanding service all around.
Conroy managed our family relocation from Auckland, New Zealand to Melbourne, Australia, and the service exceeded expectations. All belongings were very well packaged, nothing was missing or damaged, and the actual door‑to‑door delivery was completed in 8 weeks, which was at the best end of their 8–10 week commitment. Communication throughout the process was always prompt and clear, and all milestones were met on time with no delays. A further plus was that they collected the packaging rubbish after we finished unpacking. A reliable, well‑organised company that we would confidently recommend for international moves.
