The guys who delivered my belongings were friendly, on time and efficient. A very good service all round.
Staff were considerate and kind
Staff on either side of my move were considerate and kind; however, something must have happened between Brisbane and Daylesford because I received many broken items and boxes. I can only think of a bunch of rough humans getting their hands on my stuff. My heart breaks thinking of the precious belongings I have lost, and insurance doesn't even offer any compensation because of a $500 excess. So, my PC keeps clicking away until I have the time and money to have it looked at, my chest of drawers will remain wonky until I find a way to repair the broken item, and for the rest, two Buddha statues and a crystal glass karaffe, I just have to write them off and never think about them again.

Professional and courteous
The two removalists that were sent, Kingi and Jason (Macca) were totally professional and courteous at all times. They could not do enough to make the removal stress free for me. I cannot speak highly enough of them and will request to get the same two guys to move me again from storage to my next destination. They are an absolute credit to the Conroy team and should be highly praised for their effort and commitment both to the company and the customer.

Overall good service
NZ team was excellent in packing and pick up. NZ office really helpful in completing all the paperwork and providing guidance through the customs and quarantine process.
AU team. Little communication, I had to chase a delivery date. Delivery was delayed after clearance from the wharf was given. The delivery team (once at the house) were great, really helpful and were so considerate of not damaging walls.
Overall good service, no damages to items.

Unfortunately furniture with glass panels were damaged and small table chunked up.
People unpacking were excelllent and obliging.

Very poorly repacked and damaged boxes. No communication about estimates inspection cost, just slapped with a bill for an arbitrary amount.
Lovely friendly crew. Did their job carefully and quickly.
