Great communication when the container arrived from NZ - Christchurch to Brisbane. We were very well-informed through customs, quarantine and delivery. Top class service. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend.

Once I was informed Conroy Removals were my shipping company, I began corresponding with them and found the entire process to be smooth. They provided me with updates through multiple platforms and responded to my queries promptly.

Consultation with the team was excellent with very good communication throughout. After opening all boxes I found no damage to any personal effects which was pleasing.

Issues getting shipment into country were a result of Fiji policies etc. During this time I had constant engagement with Melinda who was very helpful in trying to chase everything up.

Fantastic team, who were caring and efficient from start to finish, from the office to the crew who did the move. Would 100% recommend Conroy's. Also love that they come back and collect the boxes and paper.

Late to pick up due to short staffed, then driver got lost.  Apart from that they did a good job with the stairs on a very hot day.

Conroy Removals were excellent for my move and my partner's move from separate locations into a single new house. We originally got a quote for a potential trans-Tasman move, which didn't eventuate but we were so satisfied with them after multiple horrible move experiences, that we used them for our domestic move. The movers were very friendly and professional. The move was well priced, quick and we had no damage to any of our items. Highly recommend these guys.

The communication was miminal and there were delays. Several valuable items smashed, furniture and paintings broken. Washing machine not connected. I have no idea what to do here so will now need to get someone in. More exspense and delays with insurance. Packing was dismal.

Regarding the washing machine, we understand the inconvenience this has caused. As a general policy, our team does not disconnect or connect appliances due to safety and liability concerns. We recommend using a licensed professional for such tasks to ensure everything is set up correctly and safely.
