We would definitely use Conroy Australia branch again but we did not have such a good experience with Conroy New Zealand, who were handling the packing up side of things, there was extremely poor organisation from their Tauranga management.
In contrast, Australia's team right through from when our goods arrived to the port were great with their communications, solving issues with quarantine and also the delivery. The team on the truck were not only well organised, they were friendly and very helpful, even though there was bit of walking with heavy items. They made the final process of receiving our belongings fun.

The staff in Auckland were a little hard getting information from to start but got there in the end. Brisbane team communication was 10/10. The team delivering the items were also 10/10.
We knew every step in Brisbane where our shipment was with text and emails with regular updates.
