Only half my goods have been received so far and there has been several damaged items in the half received. I have called operations manager Shannon twice and left voice mails to discuss claiming insurance but so far no return call. Hopefully the second half of my delivery arrives this week undamaged. Several items  that have been unpacked so far were just shoved in a box with no bubble wrap.

I received excellent advice when I called with questions regarding customs, quarantine etc. Everything went smoothly, only two small easily repaired breaks and I believe that was due to items being unpacked at customs and not put back as they originally were packed. As it was over Xmas and New Year period it took a bit longer. However when it got final clearance and I had a personal emergency, Conroy was able to deliver it very quickly! I was very grateful they managed to do that. One less thing I had to worry about. Thank you very much for all your assistance in this move.

Had a phone call advising when it would be delivered ( due to potential flooding). Arrived in good condition and the truck driver was pleasant 

The whole process from the first packing agent in UK to the delivery in Sydney has been seamless.  I would highly recommend this company.

I was very happy with the removal service I received from Conroy Removals. From the moment my belongings arrived at the port in Sydney from the USA I was kept informed of its progress. I would especially like to thank Isabella (Izzi) in your Brisbane office for guiding me through the Australian Customs and clearance part of the shippng process. She was extremely professional and her customer service is excellent. I would also like to thank James and his driver (sorry I can't rememer his name) from the Melbourne office who delivered my belongings on it's final leg from Melbourne to Maryborough, Victoria. They were very professional and kept me informed of their expected delivery time. They also handled my belongings with care.
