Excellent service.

We have used Conroys three times now for International moves. They come to the house and talk you through everything which makes it all so much easier. They always have the best prices and excellent service from start to finish. We would never use anyone else.

Unfortunately the company you used to uplift my goods did not really give me the impression that they cared much about my goods. They did not take any care with my pilates equipment despite me explaing exactly how to pack it. It was not packed or wrapped at all and only wrapped in blankets. No care was taken to proxy the mechanisms at all. They disputed me explaining and asking for this during the quoting process. They broke crockery while packing the kitchen and also packed open cleaning products and food items into the kitchen boxes. I have no faith that my items won't be damaged on arrival. I was not provided with the correct wardrobe boxes and had to squish expensive items of clothing into small boxes the same for my linen. Called the move coordinator to ask for assistance and got none, she did not even bother to contact me back. The team leader shrugged off my concerns and said that the Cairns team was "not used to doing international packing and shipping." Extremely disappointed and concerned for my goods.
