Delivery Guys Were Amazing
The whole process and the waiting time was beyond expectation. I was quoted a much lesser time frame for the shipment and door to door service. I cant fault the delivery, the guys were amazing. It's the UK part and the duration of the whole process. The communication could have been better.

So Happy With Your Services
I am so happy with all your services, from the time l pack my courier from UK to reaching the destination in Australia. The packaging was the same as when we packed it four months back. No damage to any goods. You have taken care of the goods with care and respect. I really appreciate your service and will recommend to my friends. If you could send the courier in a reduced time frame it would be more appreciated, still the cost we paid for the service is worthy.

Great Service from Beginning to End
Great service from beginning to end.
Excellent Service
The only thing I would change is that it would have been good to get more status updates, even if there are no status update. Towards the end of the three weeks after the shipment arrived into port, and having heard nothing I did start to wonder what was happening so I emailed to check. Had I had an email, say once a week, just informing me that the shipment is processing though or there is a delay or similar, I would have felt informed of what was happening. This is a very minor point but which would improve the customer's experience a lot to a 5 Star.
Otherwise excellent service from you all.
Communication was extremely poor. When customs released my items you didn't bother to contact me. I had to call the service desk over eight times to get an ETA. Each time they advised the Sydney office will be in contact several timelines outlined passed. On the last phone call the service desk said they had lost the items and found them again (forgotten). Then after securing a delivery date, it arrived earlier than planned by two hours. No need to respond. There was plenty of time during the delivery process for management to intervene, but none did.
