"Right from the beginning, my experience was positive"
Right from the beginning, my experience was positive. I received a few quotes and Conroy wasn't the cheapest, but I felt like I could trust them which was impotant to me. The guys who packed up our stuff were friendly and took a lot of care to make sure everything was safe and the guys who dropped it off on the other side were the same.
I can't reccommend you guys highly enough.

I found our removal guys to be very professional both sides of the Tasman. When they unpacked in Rotorua they were great. It was quick and they set up my bedroom perfectly. AND there wasn't a scratch on anything. Fantastic. Thanks again Conroy Removalists.

Thank you to everyone at Conroy Removals for your expert and professional help begining from day 1 in Perth with Lee coming out to my house for the inital quote. He was very efficient and was able to answer every query. I felt I could ask Lee any question at any time after he had left and he certainly gave the impression I was no bother ( apologies Lee if I was really!). He was also very patient and understanding when I probably took too long to finalise the itemised list, having been put off by the customs requirements in NZ but he helped out again with answers and assurances.
Vela was also of enormous help and support. Again I was not made to feel incompetent by my mistakes. In fact it was quite nice to see him in person and Lee again when I had to drive to the depot with a forgotten box. (Totally my mistake with a box I'd forgotten under a bed).
With all the stress and demands of re-locating it is a huge relief to have a friendly and personable removal team who completely take care of the packing and transporting prcess.
In NZ Luke and Shane were fantastic and had the truck unloaded with amazing speed , hardly breaking into a sweat!. I walked into the house expecting to see a chaos of boxes everything and they had thoughtfully placed the boxes in groups in the rooms with plenty of walking around space giving space also to unpack easily.
We first used Conroy Removals in 2010 when moving to Perth and I had no hesisitation to go to the same company on our return to NZ. I am happy to say my recent experience was as great as the first time.
I don't plan on another re-location - still unpacking this one! But you never know and if so then I would definitely give Conroy Removals a call.

Friendly helpful service for start to finish. We had to delay our shipping by a few months and this was no trouble to Conroys at all, we just rang them when we were ready and they arranged everything for us. We were given helpful advice on what to do with trouble items like the BBQ and vacuum cleaner. A great company to Deal with.
