This was our 8th move but first experience with a pack & unpack service. We were really disappointed with the quality of the packaging of our goods with a number of items being damaged and broken. Something we had never experienced when doing it ourselves. Interesting to note that what we did prepackage ourselves this time suffered no damage.

"The whole move was a breeze"
Many thanks to Lee for persevering with my many cancellations and still came back to me when i finally booked my dates. Many thanks also to Simon and his offsider who came in pack/wrapped and loaded. The whole move was a breeze from this side. I had a small local delivery to do but because of the rain the boys put it off for the next day. 7am they were knocking on my door....they didn't want the lounge suite to get water damaged. Very thoughtful guys. Delivery was meant to be the 9th Oct but missed the connecting vessel in Brisbane. Delivery is now scheduled for the 13th Nov. Once again many thanks to Lee and his team

I was impressed with the overall service from the time of placing the order with your sales representative through the packers and movers, who were very efficient and full of good will, to Sharnie and Jaymee who have helped me with a numbber of concerns and enquiries along the way. I feel overall that Conroys really looked afterme and can only say thank you to all who did the job. You were great!

The men who pack, wrap and stack are the "face" of the company becuase they're the people at ground zero. We wish to HIGHLY COMMEND the 2 guys who did ours. They were polite, respectfully efficient, professional in every aspect and nothing was a drama for them. We don't normally take the time to respond to feedback/surveys but on this occassion your firm, together with the 2 guys deserve high praise and we are very grateful to have chanced on choosing same for our international move. Your personnel are very friendly and helpful. They respond to all e mails without any hesitation. They have excellent customer satisfaction skills and we have direct experience accordingly. All appointments and promises were met each and every time. Our belongings were packed and loaded very profesionally. We were kept in the loop from the start of the whole transport process until our belongings were in Durban Port in South Africa. We were contacted by the local Company called Cargopak who were also very friendly and helpful until we received our belongings on Wednesday the 21st of October as promised. All the boxes and containers as they were loaded in Berwick, Melbourne, were delivered to our premises to our delight.
We would like to thank Conroy in getting our personal stuff to be under our roof and we are so happy to enjoy our stuff again after quite some time.
We appreciate your commitment and customer satisfaction expressed towards us - we will always remember Conroy!

"The move went without a hitch"
The move went without a hitch, with Conroy doing exactly what they said they would do and on time. There was no hesitation to answer questions in a relaxed style. Iwould recommend Conroys to anyone who was moving belongings internationally.
