Really happy with Conroy as a whole. Friendly personal service and great care was taken to pack items. I might make a suggestion that when packing furniture especially antiques it would be preferable to consider taking them apart before wrapping as they are usually made up of components that would easily pass through a door no unscrewing necessary.

Smooth communication. Much better than the customer service that we had received by the original removalist company (Crown Relocations ) in the country of origin.

Dealing with Conroys from start to finish was very stress free even though we were moving only a few household possessions. Glad we found out about them and was nice to deal with a home town company.

Although I had to travel in between the move, Conroy Brisbane staff Claire was very helpful to find out eligibility for Customs process during my absence.
I have not had chance to unpack the contents of the packed items yet, it has been stored at Conroy storage unit in Brisbane and has been shipped to Auckland on my request.
I will update if there are any problems. Cheers
