Never had to deal with a removal service before and knowing it was an end-to-end full service helped me significantly during a very stressful time. Nothing was ever an issues and all my questions were always answered.
The team of guys that packed up my household items were hilarious. They were a streamlined team and had my items packed up and gone in under two hours.

I was very pleased with the packing in Melbourne - it was done quickly and very well. Very few things that arrived in Whangarei were broken. The only major item was a desk, which the delivery guy here noted on the final sign off form. I know that the excess on the insurance is $500 so am not able to claim on this as the desk is worth about $300. If the desk had been dismantled like the kitchen table was, it would have been OK. Delivery in Whangarei was good as well, and fast. My only complaint was that we found it hard to decipher from the packing sheets what was in each box. The numbers didn't match up to the sticker numbers. Communication about where our stuff was was very efficient. Overall we were very pleased and happy to recommend Conroys, and use them again.
The guys that came to pick up my household effects on January 10th were great, very professional and did a great job. The team I dealt with over the phone and email were fantastic and I understand that with Covid it has put alot of pressure on your service. I am still waiting for my household effects to be delivered here in Tauranga, the ship has arrived but its just getting it unloaded that is the problem I believe. Overall you have provided fantastic service during a very stressful and uncertain times that we face presently. Thank you vey much, I sincerely appreciate your assistance with my move home:)

Amazed certain things were not broken, the packing was excellent! To come all this way with no issues we were very happy with. All care was taken, team members were all very friendly and were all hard workers. Only critisism was that I wasn't notified of our goods having been unpacked and on the way to our house until late the night before by the truck driver. This meant we had about 12hrs notice to get the house organised and vacated of our borrowed furniture etc causing a bit of stress. A heads up the truck was being loaded would have been sufficient notice for the future. Otherwise very happy!
