Excellent communication throughout the process - even in the midst of the pandemic! Office staff were great to deal with and the removalist were professional and helpful - only one smaller item broke in transit.
Had a amazing experience with this business who moved my belongs from Melbourne Australia to New York in the peak of covid. They made the move stress free and were always available (in both time zones) to a chat for any additional support.

Great experience overall. There was one lapse in communication when I wasn't told my ship was significantly delayed (and therefore was still working around original dates) but other than communication was excellent and the team at both ends very pleasant and helpful.
