The only issue I had was having to waiting for removalist for hours as they were running late in Hamilton and Melbourne. Not a major issue as they had informed me of their significant delay.
As we could not fly to Australia because of Covid 19, we were very impressed with your service of packing up the goods from the garage where they were housed in Tewantin, Queensland and transporting them to Brisbane for shipping to New Zealand. Also every person we dealt with by email or phone was very helpful in both Australia and New Zealand. A++++++++

It was a lovely experience dealing with Jaymee Lorenz! She was very helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Explained things very well and went above and beyond to assist with trying to locate certain boxes for our shipment for finding our passports! The 2 men that came to pack and wrap our belongings were very fast and efficient. Quite impressive!
