I called several removal firms and was lucky enough to be put through to John at Conroys. He explained everything and made it all sound so easy and I decided I would go with Conroys. Throughout the time leading up to the move he stayed in touch and solved any concerns that I had. I was so impressed with the customer contact that Conroys has, ever step of the way I was informed about my shipment. 10 of of 10 Conroys for your systems you have in place, it helps to make your customers feel confident and at ease about the move.
The only improvement you could have made as far as my move went was, some of my furniture needed another layer of bubble wrap on the corners as on a few pieces the bubble wrap was worn through and the furniture slightly damaged.

Hi,
I used Conroys to transport household goods from Perth WA to Auckland New Zealand. The quality of service was top class from the very first phone call to placement of goods in my new house. The collection team was outstanding even though I placed some goods in boxes without correct labels they rectified the problem with extreme professionalism. All through the transport process I was informed of every movement of my cargo right until the drop off. The delivery team also handled the household goods with extreme cautiousness and also to a very high standard. I look forward to using your services again as you took a lot of stress out of the move for myself and my partner. I will definitely be recommending Conroys to anyone.

I found the service excellent the furniture was all very well wrapped and protected, the men who delivered it were efficient and very personable. Great communication from the time we left Perth all the way through to the time our stuff arrived in NZ. Price quoted included the MAF fee which was great compared to other companies quotes. Our things were meticulously wrapped! And everything arrived in one piece with nothing missing or broken. Thanks guys!

Right from the intial brief and quote with Luke I felt that we were dealing with a company that were professional and efficient. Then Dave Sonny and Tom were extraordinary! Not only did they pack and crate things with care - but they were good natured and had a can-do approach which took a huge load of stress off me.
