I have been thoroughly impressed with Conroy's and would definitely use them again if I were to move domesticaly or internationaly. I only moved a small amount of items but nevertheless found the service to be very good throughout. John Rowden at the Brisbane end is particularly good. I thank John for making the process easy to understand and to go through (I exported a motor cycle as part of my belongings). John's customer attention took away any concerns or worries and I have been continually updated by various representatives of Conroy's throughout the process. I am still waiting on customs and quarantine (the motorcycle) at this Christchurch end but I expect the attention and care will continue. Thank you Conroys.

"satisfying experience"
We could not have asked for or had a more satisfying experience moving our goods. The depot was conveniently located and easy to access. We were kept informed every step of the way and found that Conroy staff showed a strong customer service ethos which made them a pleasure to deal with. Our goods arrived in good condition and within the time frame given. We highly recommend Conroy for overseas freight.

First time we've used a moving company to transfer our furniture internationally, was feeling a little anxious as we heard stories of poor customer service, loss/damaged furniture, huge costs including insurances. Thankfully we never experienced any and more than happy to recommend based on the following:

- Speed of delivery - Wow 22 Day turn-around and during their busiest period just before Christmas
- 10/11/16 - Furniture picked up from home in Brisbane
- 02/12/16 - Furniture delivered to our new home in Auckland

"easy to deal with"
My first contact at Conroys was a guy named John Rowden. He was so easy to deal with and made my shipment easy. This was so different to the guys at Mainfreight who stuffed around and then said they couldn't do the job... dropped me in it until I rang Conroys...thanks guys
