The response to Sabine's need was completed and arranged within the hour of me requesting a quote. Every person I have spoken to in the Townsville branch was curtious and kind. I was impressed with the shared knowlegde of Sabine's situation and how the members of the team dealt with matter with respect. I needed a local relocation of smalll amount of household goods as soon as possible.This was accomplished within a couple of hours. Your service was excellent from moment of request for quote to completion of job.
Matt Conroy was extremley helpful in the preparation phases and the two staff allocated to our move were brilliant, easy to get along with, outgoing and understanding of the task at hand dealing wth a couple of elderly persons upheaval. They both worked hard to accommodate the requirements and were still happy & upbeat at the end of a very long day - Please pass on our thanks to them
