I was extremely impressed with the service from the initial contact with Sharnie in the office who arranged a complicated storage removal and delivery

The two men who delivered the goods were very fast efficient and very  helpful .They  assembled all furniture and removed all the packaging materials with speed and were very well mannered

An item was missing from the list due to a complication and thee delivery man arranged a second truck to deliver that one item within the next hour 

I would highly reommend Conroy on all aspects of service

The guys were lovely, made it easy to move and no stress on our ends. They took really good care of our furniture when getting on and off the truck. Great service

There was one specific communication issue that lead to a less-than-efficient delivery process for the team. Despite my efforts to clearly show the type of the access @ Parriwi (by sending photos to Conroy management of all access points WITH exact measurements illustrating space dimensions) this information was apparently not made available to the removal team [Shaun, Cory, Ben & Tony]. This impacted the efficiency and time-span for the team, however, they did not waver from their ability to live up to the Conroy brand. In fact, they remained in good spirits despite the job taking longer than it perhaps should have - and they still had to get back to the depot and then get home - making this a longer day than they should otherwise have had to endure. They were a credit to the company! I suggest in future that front-line teams are fully informed to the best of operations knowledge concerning the execution of both pack-up and delivery conditions for removal contracts.

This is an area of our business that we pay particular attention to as we are very aware of the down stream affects. Unfortunately in this instance it appears that we have missed the mark which now provides cause for review of our processes. It is however great to hear that our team on the day were able to overcome the obstacle in good spirits.
