Excellent service our household goods arrived from america, customs and quarantine organised by Conroy's no delays stored for a short time at Conroy's storage facility, prompt and efficent deleivery of goods when requested I would highly recomend Conroy Removals.

I was happy with the service of Isaac and his partner. They arrived at approx 10.35, the arranged time was 10 am. In hinsight I feel I paid too much. I was unable to have it done on a weekday as the pickup place had its restrictions but looking at the fact that the job was done in much less than 4 hrs even taken ito consideration the two times travel from pickup and back to depot from dropp off. Nevertheless I would have you guys doing it again for me and also I will recommend your business.

Excellent experience. My gear was packed, collected and put in to storage for a total of 15 months. It was then delivered yesterday. Everthing was well looked after through the whole process and nothing was damaged in all of that time. The guys were quite good in putting the bed, table and tv back together for me as well. They were happy to put things in the rooms as I requested. I had occasion to get some things out of storage, and while that cost me, it was an acceptable amount and the young fellow there was very pleasant and helped me as I needed it.

Overall, I cannot complain about any part of the whole process. Thanks guys and I will be using you again.

Conroy were the clearing agent for our personal effects shipped from Canada. Right from when the goods arrived, the quarantine clearance, storage and then local delivery to Sydney we received prompt, friendly and professional service. Thank you Conroy!

Our consignment was sent to Sydney as it was a part container load and then rail freighted to Queensland for delivery to me , If I were to ship from the UK again I would check with the agents as to their transport and destination arrangements.It added quite some time to delivery,

The Brisbane delivery guys were great-nothing too much trouble-much care and systematic checking off of to ensure all our goods were present and accounted for-they took away much of the packaging which was great..

However I was disappointed that damage to my consignment was noted by Conroys on arrival to their  Sydney warehouse but they did not inform me of this damage and I only found out when the goods were delivered. Overall the commmunication about my consignment was not great and I had to chase for information several times.

I cannot thank my pack/uplift team enough. Jason, Troy and Macca were amazing. I am 25 weeks pregnant and was moving house while my husband was working away. They went beyond the call of duty, and even helped with things they probably didn't need to. They have a 10/10 in my books. My sincere thanks to them! They are a credit to your business.
