They were late. Lied about contacting me to advise they were going to be late. Took smoko as soon as they arrived. Put the beds in the wrong bases in the wrong rooms. Were adamant that the lounge would not fit in the door. Just had to take the legs off and it was quite easy to fit.

Communication was extremely poor. When customs released my items you didn't bother to contact me. I had to call the service desk over eight times to get an ETA. Each time they advised the Sydney office will be in contact several timelines outlined passed. On the last phone call the service desk said they had lost the items and found them again (forgotten). Then after securing a delivery date, it arrived earlier than planned by two hours. No need to respond. There was plenty of time during the delivery process for management to intervene, but none did.

Stuff left my house unpacked. Packing was inefficient. There were two packers - one did a good job, the other was hopeless and inefficient. Now items appear to be missing.
There is no real inventory list. Items were delivered in New Zealand before I arrived and my parents were told of delivery. My travel dates were based on my having been told I needed to sign.
I feel like there is no recourse because the process has been so inefficient. When I originally moved to Australia with a different company the process was professional, inventories thorough. This experience was the opposite.

Very poorly repacked and damaged boxes. No communication about estimates inspection cost, just slapped with a bill for an arbitrary amount.

Mum's linen, pillows, glasses did not arrive at her new serviced apartment. I was told the right amount of boxes were picked up and delivered - I was there when the gear was packed. Failure somewhere. Told Conroy's can't do anything.
I saw the glasses in the kitchen and know mum had pillows, but they vanished.

Six and a half months we waited for delivery. They informed us maximum three months. Not any updates. When we called customer service they told us they don't know any updates.

The communication was miminal and there were delays. Several valuable items smashed, furniture and paintings broken. Washing machine not connected. I have no idea what to do here so will now need to get someone in. More exspense and delays with insurance. Packing was dismal.

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my goods during the recent move from New Zealand to Australia. Despite clearly marking several boxes as Fragile, it was evident that this instruction was completely ignored. Few of these boxes were stacked upside down when the door of the truck was opened before unloading to the house. As a result, I discovered numerous broken glassware items upon unpacking.
To make matters worse, several electrical appliances that were in perfect working condition prior to the move are now non-operational. This has created an added burden, as I have had to go out of my way to source repairers myself in order to process insurance claims. The insurance process itself has been unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating, requiring me to spend countless hours documenting damages, locating qualified service providers, and waiting on assessments.
For a professional service, I expected a far greater level of care and accountability. Sadly, this experience has left me with broken belongings, wasted time, and a great deal of frustration. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder to the company to treat customers’ property with the respect and care it deserves during international relocations.

Very disappointed with the packing and moving services. Boxes were not packed properly, items were damaged and items were all just dumped into boxes. Because the boxes were packed half the items all didn't fit. We still have boxes missing and our wedding canvas is still missing. Items were damaged and we didn't get paid out enough to cover the damages. Overall a very stressful move and shocking how our items were packed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Seven months later and we still have not received our consignment. Requested a manager call back, still waiting. Despite using Conroy on numerous occasions successfully, we have been badly let down this time.
Customs clearance fees not clearly explained to me. Payment to have personal goods destroyed was unbelievable. Broken glasses and photo frames despite being well packed. Ripped and stretched canvasses.
