Naomi Mair the sale who handled my delivery had been dishonest about the delivery time frame. I have check with her multiple time on different occasions about the delivery time, she told it would take about a week. I even checked with her again after I paid for the service cause I was concerned could not secure a rental before the delivery arrive, so I asked her regarding storage fee and redelivery fee, she still told me that it would take a week to deliver.
We drove down from Newcastle to Melbourne in rush, we didn't receive any delivery as I expected so I called and found out the delivery was scheduled a month after. I called Naomi to solve the issue and asking why would take a month to deliver cause it is way much longer than what she told me.
She changed her word to 1 week or 2, but still not make sense cause the delivery was booked 4 weeks later!
Eventually she able to book my delivery forward but she never admitted she lied about the delivery time. Because she said I don't have anything in writing.
It is okay if your company take few weeks to deliver the consignment but customers should have a choice to choose whether they accept the time or not.
Put a delivery time on the confirmation, it is not okay to lie especially delivering people household items. We have to stay in our new place no bed no cookware for 9 days until the delivery come which was unacceptable!

Late to pick up due to short staffed, then driver got lost. Apart from that they did a good job with the stairs on a very hot day.

Customer service at Conroy New Zealand is not really good. As moving to another country is a big move for everyone and most people are not familiar to the process. There is a lot of paperwork to be prepared as required by the moving agent. There are a couple of links to the forms provided by Conroy that was dead and does not work but when I tried to email the staff who was in charge of my case several times, she could not provide the forms and kept saying that they didn't have it, which I find ridiculous as they have worked with a lot of clients. They could always refer from their other clients.
Another thing is that I was informed that my vehicle needed quarantine treament which costed me almost $2,000 including steam clean. However, when I received the car, it was not cleaned at all and just the same as before I handed over it to them, there were still a lot of dust and some spider nets inside the vehicle.
The last thing is that the shipping time was too long. I was confirmed that the shipping time could take up to 12 weeks but actually I recieved my goods after 18 weeks.
Fortunately, my goods arrived in good condition which is the only thing that makes me feel happy.

Unfortunately while the service for moving our cars was impecable, the moving of our furniture was disappointing. The guys who came to load the truck and pack the rest of our furniture were great, however we had a dozen boxes that were labelled with fragile tape because the contents were fragile and unfortunately these boxes were not treated very well. Upon unloading of the container at our place in NZ, we found most of the fragile boxes had been crushed and packed with heavier boxes on top of them. This resulted in many of our items being broken and having to raise an insurance claim (which at the time of doing this review, has not yet been resolved). It was disappointing as many of the items cannot be replaced and certainly cannot be repaired.

The unpackers were great, helpful recording everything and taking the packaging. They said the office would be in touch regarding the damaged items. No surprise there was no follow up, nor when I sent a proactive email asking for follow up. This sums up my experience, your office just doesn't respond to basic questions, nor make it simple to understand what is going on for someone not in shipping eg I got three separate invoices (I had only been expecting one).

Damaged furniture due to inadequate protection from one layer of bubble wrap. Response has been that I would only be covered for this if I'd paid for insurance. "All due care" doesn't seem to go far.

I had excellent communication from the company regarding the progress of my parcel.
Sadly it arrived in a broken and split container with belongings spilling from the bottom. It was obvious the case had been squashed.

Took to long. Loading in August in Nederlands and deliver in February!
Too slow.
