Service from Australia was fantastic however delivery in New Zealand took longer than expected. There was minimal communication about delivery time and date and I had to make contact to confirm the delivery. When delivery occurred they only sent one person to unload the furniture and they had no tools to rebuild our table. Only because we asked did they take all the furniture wrapping away. Building the table and taking the packaging was part of the service and so disappointed that this was not provided.

Didn't follow repeated instructions for pick up, and then damaged things on packaging.
My tool boxes arrived severely dented, broken tools inside.

The delivery was amazing and the gentlemen were friendly. I find the office staff sitting behind an email not so friendly and rather abrupt.

Helena was fantastic at the start, calling me and letting me know what to expect. When it was passed from Helena, notifications then fell into a black hole. We had no updates on when to expect our goods, a best guesstemate or update on quarantine timelines and to make matters a bit more frustrating, emails and calls were not returned. Once things made it to Operations, they were pretty good. The Brisbane guys and then Sandra made it happen very quickly. The two Marks who delivered things could not have been more professional.
Staff were considerate and kind
Staff on either side of my move were considerate and kind; however, something must have happened between Brisbane and Daylesford because I received many broken items and boxes. I can only think of a bunch of rough humans getting their hands on my stuff. My heart breaks thinking of the precious belongings I have lost, and insurance doesn't even offer any compensation because of a $500 excess. So, my PC keeps clicking away until I have the time and money to have it looked at, my chest of drawers will remain wonky until I find a way to repair the broken item, and for the rest, two Buddha statues and a crystal glass karaffe, I just have to write them off and never think about them again.

Unfortunately furniture with glass panels were damaged and small table chunked up.
People unpacking were excelllent and obliging.

Overall, the use of Conroy's was not our choice as this was done from the removal company in the UK. The issues we had was the poor communication from you. I felt it was left to me to contact Conroy's when requesting an update of when we were going to receive our furniture.
The other was the length of time it took to be cleared once it had arrived in Sydney. We fully understand this may have been out of Conroy's control, but keeping us informed with regular updates would have nice.

The intial quote conversations were very helpful, however the minute the parcel was picked up, all email correspondeence shifted not to my email but to another family members email. Depsite numerous issues where forms were required to be filled out and additional expenses were almost incurred due to me, the sender, not receiving those emails rather them being sent to my Dad who had no part of this process. I had raised this numerous times and it was not even acknowledged or responded to. To top it all off, the feedback email was also sent to him.
Additionally when my items were taken out, they were not put back in a way that kept the boxes from being damaged, hence valuable pairs of shoes now have boxes that are non functional. How do I resolve that as that was one of the reasons I insured my parcel.

We moved internationally, the vehicle arrived really fast with no damage! After being told we couldn't store anything in the vehicle for the move we found Conroy's had used our canopy to store another clients lawn mower, which was still there when we collected the vehicle. The collection stage was difficult and poorly communicated. We would use Conroy's again after exploring other options first.
Overall, the customer service team were quite good. The delivery team never called to confirm their time and then were almost two hours past the window given and interrupted a work call I had shifted because of their delivery time.
They unloaded everything onto my front porch because I wasn't able to take the time to direct things inside.
It wasn't a terrible experience but it certainly wasn't a brilliant one either.
I will say that Isabelle was great though and really on top of communications!
