We did some of the packing ourselves, but on the day of the uplift there was a lot for the team to pack. The team were amazing  4 lounges, dressers, a very large picture and most of our precious items were packed incredibly. The very capable team had everything all packed a loaded in record time with utmost care. Regular updates kept us informed of the shipment and when delivered in NZ the team unloaded and placed everything as needed. Brilliant service thankyou so much. David and Rosemary

If there were more than 5 stars I would give it.  From my first contact with Gary, Kim and Tory in Sydney, the amazing three guys who wrapped up all my furniture and boxes to Lynn in Auckland, all have been so helpful and kept me informed the entire journey of my items.

Very good packaging in France and delivery in Melbourne. Both team are kind, sympathetic and helpful.

Maybe, you can improve the communication by sending the progress status by email every 2 weeks or one a monce.

Absolutely terrific, the whole experience. I had professionalism at its best, along with friendly next-door-neighbour/best friend approach. Thoroughly enjoyed interacting with all personell and I was kept in formed and updated on the status of my shipment. I highly recommend them as a competent, professional, communicative and friendly company. Of course that was my experience, try them for yourselves. I cannot give a place to improve their service as my service in all areas was top-notch.
