Really good move, staff at both end were great. A little bit more care needs to be taken as we had some damage at both ends. However Conroys quickly took to apologise and rectify damage in NZ. Waiting to hear about damage in transport.

I was very pleased with the level of customer service, from dealing with your Queensland office staff over the phone and via email/SMS messaging, through to your delivery driver James, who was friendly, courteous and efficient. The only (minor) criticism I have was that Viking International (New York) didn't specify who their Australian shipping agent/partner was, that would be handling the final delivery of my cosignment to my Melbourne address. So I was a bit surprised to get emails from Conroy's "out of the blue", and was worried that it might have been an email scam! But after Google searching the company, and making contact with your Queensland office, that was all cleared up for me very swiftly. But in every other respect, I was very happy with the service I received - thanks for getting my boxes to me.

All round very happy with our experience from the pick up & packing to the storage, then the delivery & drop off to our new place.

The crew that did the pickup & packing and the crew that delivered were all very courteous, friendly & careful with our possessions & property.

We have no hesitation in recomending Conroy Removals for your moving and/or long term storage if required and would definitly use again if required.
