Amazing - from start to finish. All our items turned up safe and secure and in a great timeframe. The whole process was easy and communicated thoroughly.
These guys are the best hands down, will be using again if we decide to do a big move again.
From start to finish this was a great experience. I originally looked into moving myself from Lennox Head to Melbourne but the cost and availability made it hardly worth my while. The service at every stage was excellent - from quoting up, to organising days to collect and deliver, careful handling of goods at both ends, to coming back to pick up empty boxes. Couldn't be happier with the move.
I have to say with that your service has been terrific...from communication, to ease of payment, to follow up - Helena has kept us in the loop every step of the way. I also would love to note with ABSOLUTE enthusiasm how amazingly fantastic Will and Justice were (the heavy lifters!) who you contracted to do the actual moving of our items into our garage and up the flights of stairs to our flat. I was beyond thankful for their strength, their politeness, their kindness. I am hoping that they are well paid and compensated really well for their professionalism and speedy unload. a+++++ all around. I did not have a chance to tip them and would love to do so if you let me know how I can do this.
The two guys offloading our belongings in Wodonga was friendly and very helpful. They offloaded and unpacked our belongings in record time.
Overall a really great experience, far beter than some other rivals and what I had to endure when we moved to NZ some years ago. Will definately recommend Conroy to anyone wanting to make a big move like this.
