Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersI wasn't present for the uplift of my belongings, bit the feedback that I got from my mum was that the team on that end were extremely professional, courtesy and a pleasure to deal with. Delivery was in a timely manner, especially considering the road closures between Victoria and Western Australia.
On the delivery side, the team was once again extremely professional and friendly. Items were all received and in good condition.
Customer service initially was a little bit hard to get a hold of, though once the dates and times were locked in, the team who assisted me were of great help.
From the beginning of the process Conway have kept us up to date and answered our queries promptly, making the booking quite easy. The 2 removalists arrived on time and were very polite and extremely efficient. They packed the container for storage with mathematical precision and were careful to wrap and protect all items. All this was done on a very hot day but their happy dispositions and attention to detail never wavered.
Your staff were polite , obliging , helpful & super efficient . I am most impressed . They deserve commendation. This was my 40th container to unpack. I had a business previously . It was my 3rd & final container of my household goods to be delivered from overseas to my Brisbane home . I have used 2 other shippers , Crown & Overseas Shippers & Packers. You ( & Asian Tigers in HK )are by FAR the best & most reasonable of all . I will be recommending you to anyone moving . The automated updates were most helpful . It would have been marginally better to receive a persoanlised response to the final update but this is minor.
The boys were excellent, worked so hard in the heat and fast. will always recommend you guys. Used you before and will use you again. Thankyou
