If it wasn't for the loss of an adult 26" mountain bike front wheel the whole service would have been perfect. Not a huge disaster in all honesty but $200 that I'd rather have not had to spend. I understand these things can happen so just got to put it down to experience and next time make sure to check every box and every piece of packaging to make sure everything has been unpacked and nothing left.

Good service and communications throughout. 

Delays due to customs manpower shortage meant it took 4 weeks from docking to delivery. 

Good helpful unpacking team

The team that collected and delivered our furniture were great. They carefully wrapped everything so there was no damage in transit. Was planning to hire a van to move my funiture but this was much cheaper option. Thanks very happy with the service and value.
