Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersWent very smoothly from our end. The communication was a little confusing however since I received multiple messages and it was difficult to know what had changed between them.
I arranged to have my personal belongings shipped from a storage unit in NYC to my home in Sydney. Vikings International did the American bit, while Conroy Removals organised the custom's clearance, quartantine clearance and delivery here in Australia. All along the transport journey, Conroy's updated me - via email and text - which I really appreciated. Jaymee was super helpful as well answering all of my questions in a timely manner.
In regard to the delivery, I live on a farm with a long dirt road, which Mick and Nate from Conroy's navigated really well. They off-loaded the items efficiently and were careful. They were organised, friendly and professional, all the while observing social distancing rules and wearing masks.

Glad we chose Conroy. Everyone we were in contact with during our International shift (in the middle of Covid-19) was professional and helpful. Special mention of the packers - they were delightful to have around, worked like Trojans and did a 10/10 job.

Conroys was professional and helpful and made the process so stress free. The whole team are wonderful.
The shipment took a phemonimal amount of time to reach Perth from LA (5 months door to door) considering it was 30 boxes of household items. I know that a large portion of this is that the ports in Both the west coast USA and Australia are congested and probably didn't help. The delivery guys did an awesome job esp because the weather was inclemant that day
