Team worked hard, fast and professionally. 

Very friendly & efficient service, both in Melbourne & Brisbane. Josephine in Brisbane  & Janelle in Melbourne were excellent. Guys in Melbourne interrupted their lunch break to receive cargo & the guys who delivered cargo in QLD couldn't have been more helpful. Whole experience 5 star.

Quick response on the quote request and very good with the collection of the goods and the delivery of the goods.  People turned up when they said they would, and also rang me just before arriving so I could meet them at home.

I am so pleased that my husband and I found Conroy Removals just by chance of driving past, from our initial phone call, it was simple and easy to make a decision to use their services. I was impressed with the excellent customer service and communication, in fact all of my communications were enjoyable, i felt put at ease. It was talking to people who actually cared and were trying to assist me. Then it was smooth sailing, I had three men and a very large truck and they were amazing, packing  things and wrapping and moving all our worldly belongings, with the speed and precission of a military manoeuvre. It was obvious they knew their place and their Rank, as they moved past each other with very little words just looks and smiles as each room was emptied, My "packing man" who packed the first three boxes in less than 15 minutes I'm sure did however sang while packing, and very good singing too, making my husband and I happy, relaxed and stress free.

Our Removal team was fantastic and are to be commended. I would have liked to mention eveyone by name from the get-go,  but if I did that everyone would be asking for them; I am sure all your teams a fanstasic and should be applauded.

So from Customer Service, Communication, Packing, Removal, Delivery and the Administrative processes, after being a Manager myself for 34 years, they did evertything perfectly. . Therefore...... I do not have any reccommendations for Improvement.
