Really helpful and supportive as we made the move during the pandemic. The staff as well as all those involved in packing and loading were all wonderful and easy to work with, always understanding and supportive as we had to make changes due to unforseen challenges. The overseas (Canadian) moving company was also just as easy and wonderful to work with on the move. We have just recently had them return to pick up all the empty boxes and packing paper, which was really greatly appreciated.

Excellent communication, on-time delivery to the door, perfect condition of personal effects. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Appreciate the overall quality of services, in particular, the service attitude of the manager Steve is excellent. Always tried to help and provided solution so we did not one moment to worry the delivery of the shipment.

We felt comfortable dealing with all levels of staff we came in contact with. Particularly impressed with Josephne of your Brisbane office who got back to us with a quote within two days during the Christmas New year period when high profile competitors were taking two weeks or more to get back with a quote and Justin who made a home visit to give a more exact quote. Also impressed with the link you sent to upload pictures of our furniture for a more exact quote. Janelle did a great job responding to my requests and coodinating it all.  Our move from Melbourne to Brisbane was a difficult one with the Covid crisis and lockdowns and Conroys handled it very well. I can't praise the quality of your personel at all levels enough. They make all the difference.
