Great staff and service!
The manager and staff are really easy to deal with. Always friendly and willing to help.
I was always able to access my container. Even at very short notice, the guys were able to accommodate my needs.

Great experience overall. There was one lapse in communication when I wasn't told my ship was significantly delayed (and therefore was still working around original dates) but other than communication was excellent and the team at both ends very pleasant and helpful.
I am so impressed with the attitude of Bill, lance, chris and luke (think that was his name) nothing was a problem when th we re was a problematic piece of furniture to get in t br e door or just the size of the move.
Last Friday they all checked we were happy and was t grt ere anything we wanted done before t by ey left. Most staff after such a long day would just want to finish but not these guys they wanted my elderly parents and I happy first.

Very friendly staff and positive interactions. One slight hiccup with the delivery, with 2 packages left in melbourne, but is was resolved straight away and delivered the next day, so no problem at all. Thank you for your help.

Customer Service and Communication - A* = prompt with answering any questions and continuous updates about my shipment throughout. Removal - A* = arrived on time and handled the shipment with careDelivery - A* = arrived in sound condition and very punctual on deliveryAdministrtion - A = a fair amount of warrented paperwork required, but simple to work through.
Great communication. I was kept up-to-date on the progress of my shipment and delivery was at the time I was told it would be. 1st choice if I move again
