Highly recommend to anyone!
Conroy's were amazing! From the first quote to the last box being delivered. The customer service was outstanding. The office staff were extremely professional and answered all my worries, their communications with us was excellent. We were sent reminders in case we wanted to change the dates, emails to follow up with where we were at and they even sent us lots of strong sturdy packing boxes, tape and butchers paper. Their packing staff were so careful with all our items and were lovely, kind, professional and easy to deal with. They even dismantled beds, TV stands, entertainment units, lounges etc. Their unpacking staff were exactly the same - they put everything back together - we didn't have to get a screw driver out! They had solutions for a rather large fridge and small entry doors and helped us get a 40kg desk from my car! I cannot find a fault with this company. They even did a quote variation when we decided to not take some furniture and it was a fair quote. I'd use them again and again and highly recommend to anyone!

I was disappointed that the delivery was not able to be made within the estimated time window. It was only a little bit late and I did like the 15 minute 'we're on our way' message.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience for our move to Australia. We were advised at every point where our belongings were etc. Great communication from everyone involved, from initial quote to local depot in Tauranga. Kellt who collected our belongings was awesome, then dispatch in Brisbane to organise delivery. A+++++
Positive and professional
My experience with all those that I interacted with on the Conroy team (head office, local opeartions, delivery person) was very positive and professional. Every person was helpful in keeping me updated and/or assisting with different aspects of the arrival of my international shipment. I would reccomend their services to others.
A great experience
Thank you to the Conroy teams in Wellington and Melbourne for moving our stuff. They were all carefully and methodically packed and collected from our Wellington home and delivered within a reasonable time frame to our new place in Melbourne. My interaction with the team members were prompt and very professional. They kept me updated with the shipping status throughout the process. And the boxes and items arrived intact. It's been a great experience and I highly recommend Conroy's services.
