'Hazeleger Verhuizers' from the Netherlands did a great job in packing and shipping my stuff to Australia. Conroy Removals took care of delivering the contents to my home. Both companies provide pleasant and pleasant customer service.

We have not received our personal effects as yet. I have had to chase up Robinson’s Removal Company The ship arrived quite some time ago in the UK, but I have not received any correspondence regarding a delivery date.
However, the guys who came to pack up the house in North Avoca were outstanding! Very polite and worked hard.

"We were very happy with the whole process"
We were very happy with the whole process, from booking the move to how things went on the day. The lads were punctual, polite and efficient. They handled all of our furniture with great care (we have a lot of heavy and delicate items) so this move was probably a little outside the usual. We were very happy with the final invoice and would certainly recommend and use Conroy Removals again.

Conroy Service has been excellent from Perth to NZ but the service from NZ has been a worry with a total of 14 boxes missing including a SurfSki. Hopefully they will turn up as the Inventory was 305 and 291 crossed off so far. The problem started at Quarantine so waiting for it to be sorted. Also goods arrived on the 8th Jan but not unloaded until 23rd Jan. Having a back up plan is a good idea re accommodation in case you are in your home with no beds etc. However I would recommend Conroys as some things are beyond their control.
Hi I wanted to share our thanks to your team for their help with our move.
We had several touchpoints throughout- Kingsley was our first point of contact from an intro from our NY moving team. He was responsive and helpful.
We then worked with Jenna Boardman who also helped (though sometimes email responses were a little delayed, and the portal did not update with our status in a timely fashion.) Once our items were released from customs/quarantine we got a call the same day for arranging a delivery time, and your team was able to promptly be here one business day after release. The moving team showed up early and was great! Your movers who came to our apartment were friendly, helpful and showed great care toward our belongs. They were very efficient in getting the unpacking done as well as removing all cardboard and packing materials.
While I regretably have to file damages claims for broken items (hand made dresser, stained glass Tiffany style lamp, and Apple computer) your team has noted that the packing on the dresser reflected the damaged broken leg when they took possession of our items. I will make that notation on the insurance claims documents. The NY mover team was a disappointment in overall careless, sloppy and inappropriate packing which resulted in those and other damages.
