We found this to be a very decently run project and the co-ordination with our Australain regional emovalists (we were in a distant corner of S.E. Australia) was excellent and, given the complexity of the move, the packing was generally very good. A small Rinnai convection heater and a couple of chairs did sustain some damage but we can live with it. Thank you for organising the quarantine fumigation of some ethnographic material as they are quite precious to us as artifacts.

The entire experience was fantastic
The entire experience around the delivery in MEL was fantastic. Timely proactive and informative updates on where things are at and very responsive to any enquiries. The delivery itself was on time and the unloading was super quick, the guys where great, just not overly talkactive.

Their quote was very competitive, they arrived promptly, packed carefully and everything went smoothly from start to final delivery in Auckland. Correspondence and communication was great. Just disappointed with dents found in my car, which caused inconvinience getting quote etc etc. My first contact was your employee John, he was friendly and calm to talk to. It was a last minute of organising, Conroy was still able to accomodate, not much notice needed.

Very efficient and good customer service which was appreciated as the Company used on the Singapore side was severly lacking in those aspects. Delivery was done very smoothly and quickly.

Thank you for the survey as it was a prompt for me to acknowledge the great service I received from both your Brisbane office and Sydney office (Kim Stevens) who helped out while John was on leave. No question was an inconvenience to anyone and email responses were brilliant. I can't thank you enough. Also the delivery men were polite and so very efficient it made me smile as I did wonder how they were going to get the box done the stairs, but they took everything in their stride. My sister is New Zealand was so very happy to receive the blanket box. I will definately reccomend Conroy Removalists if I hear of anyone looking for a removalist. Regards Gayle
Both sides was an excellent experience. Guys were very helpful. Email was always promptly replied too and the whole experience was not as daunting as we would have thought. Excellent on price too.
