Very efficient and friendly service. No faults. Great communication and answered all questions quickly. Especially appreciate Gary in Brisbane, provided lots of guidance for moving to New Zealand.

Excellent customer care and removals service. The office staff are most helpful and the delivery staff were very prompt, friendly polite and efficient in completing the delivery. I would recommend this removal service to all looking for a trustworthy and efficient removals service provider; either domestic or overseas.

The packers - especially Geoff - were so pleasant and efficient.   Had a couple of breakages, but considering the size of the move, it was not bad at all.   It was done very rapidly and without any dramas.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. I would have loved the china cabinet keys to be attached to the china cabinet as it took me a while to find them.

Also the iron and coffee machine were not emptied of water so leaked on other items. I would also have liked to understand the process in advance to plan around it better.

Only one crystal item got broken in two neat halves, easily repaired ( acknowledge that I packed my own boxes).  Other than that I cannot fault the service from pick up to delivery. I received excellent service, considering the fact that I booked Conroy at short notice, who were able to accommodate my requirements with neighbouring despatchings being able to co-ordinate me in their hectic schedule. Thank you so much for all you have done for me.
