Everyone is super friendly and there are a large number of touchpoints to ensure we are kept abreast of what is happening or going to happen. The only issue I had was that the quoting was very inaccurate this time around and was not amended based on my requirements, when I finally knew what I had to bring back. First time around I sent a list and measurements and the quote was based on that. This time I had no idea and just approximated on the basis that I could adjust later (I was clearing out a house and unsure what I would keep at the time of getting the quote) but the quote was not able to be reduced, even though I did not believe I had 3 cubic metres worth. In the end I added more to my load and this was accepted so I was shappy with that.

Very efficient, professional service. All staff were helpful and made a difficult time stress-free. The collection and delivery staff were awesome, nothing was too much trouble and they really "delivered". I am recommending Conroy to everyone!

Great communication when the container arrived from NZ - Christchurch to Brisbane. We were very well-informed through customs, quarantine and delivery. Top class service. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend.

Found the entire process to be smooth
Once I was informed Conroy Removals were my shipping company, I began corresponding with them and found the entire process to be smooth. They provided me with updates through multiple platforms and responded to my queries promptly.
