Consultation with the team was excellent with very good communication throughout. After opening all boxes I found no damage to any personal effects which was pleasing.

Issues getting shipment into country were a result of Fiji policies etc. During this time I had constant engagement with Melinda who was very helpful in trying to chase everything up.

Fantastic team, who were caring and efficient from start to finish, from the office to the crew who did the move. Would 100% recommend Conroy's. Also love that they come back and collect the boxes and paper.

Could improve on the delivery time. But best service and cost effective. 

I am very happy with the quality of the service. The only couple of points that I would make as recommendations are:

Set up achievable expectations with the customers. I read reviews where door-to-door was handled in four weeks. I was told to expect delivery of my items within eight weeks and I finally received them on the ninth week, after a lot of follow up emails and push from my side.

The packaging was excellent and this is proven in the fact that nothing was broken aside from a few plastic tubes, which is such a relief. The final delivery was a bit rushed and I found the team was rough with handling the items, throwing boxes and both guys cut themselves with the knives while removing the wrap of items, due to rushing to complete the task. All items were unloaded and unpacked in 20 minutes. Super quick but as I said could have been handled a bit more carefully.
