Good communication from the start, although we would have appreciated if we could have booked a provisional delivery date to avoid further delays (total transit time of our home contents was nearly 3 months). Ben & Isaac did an excellent job delivering our stuff into the right rooms & clearing lots of the packaging. Very happy with the service, thank you!

"Excellent service from GO to WHOA"
Excellent service from GO to WHOA: Prompt at P/up and loading on the Monday 29th August, both men worked well and quickly at this and nothing was too much problem for them. Then we had to get into action cleaning out the vacant property and loading odds & ends in our car, and left Townsville on the Tue 30th, came up here to Trinity Beach and tried to get this place ready, (as near as possible) to accept the incoming load on the Thur 1st Sept. As for delivery: although they were a bit under the pump for timing with their next job, they worked like Trojans on one of the hottest days we've had. I think the offsider was a Cairns local. They were put under unnecessary pressure also by a team of painters here blocking half the access to the unit with a machine which they promised me they would move before our load arrived. This necessitated the boys having to carry things a bit further than they should have. The only fault we could find was they didn't stay around to unpack for us (Ha Ha!) so we spent a fairly solid month on that, just about organized now. As per my recent phone call the empty cartons and folded packing paper currently down in our garage ready to pick up any time you are in the area
Very happy with your services. Extremely professional folks! I always received an update on the status of my shipment real-time and never had to follow-up. The best part was that when I informed that I need my shipment to be delivered sooner than the scheduled date, even that was done in a professional manner. All the goods received were in excellent condition. And the two guys who delivered the goods were careful not to damage anything in the house while unloading the goods. Great work guys! Keep it up!
