The guys (Dave, Jamie and Sunny) were really awesome and super helpful. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner. We do have a few breakages which we will need to claim for, not fault of theirs.

"What a great experience"
We shipped our household items from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia to Perth Australia and it was a breeze. Migrating to another country is, in itself, a very daunting process so when you ship your items off, you want it to be smooth and painless. What a great decision it was to rely on moving partners, Conroy (in Perth) and Royal Relocations (in Malaysia), to safely and effortlessly ship our personal belongings. Everything arrived intact and there was no hassle with shipping, storage or customs. Everything was very clear and transparent every step of the way with no hidden charges and costs. In fact, Conroy emailed me regular updates about the shipment, giving me clear indications of custom clearance, quarantine and delivery ETAs. Super professional! And the best part, my shipment arrived and cleared about 2.5 weeks early! Their delivery staff arrived early and were very friendly and helpful. What a great experience!
"Communication was excellent"
We were very happy with the crew in Brisbane. Communication was excellent, Nick who handled our domestic sector to Cairns, and Richard who delivered gave great custommer service.
However - as given in our feedback for the international move from New Zealand, we were very let down. It all came down to Napier sending one guy to pack a container on his own for an international move, he was under pressure to 'be home' that night (impossible) nothing was properly packed. We phoned Napier to express our concerns and were assured by the Napier Manager ' that he would personally oversee the final pack from that depot' Obviously did not happen as we received a very broken large TV set, just thrown into a box with other items (not wrapped) that damaged the screen totally beyond any repair. It was brand new and we did ask him to ensure it was properly packed when we saw it leave our premises. Not good Conroy's after 5 moves with you we are pretty unhappy really.
Still await any contact from your head office regarding above.
But thanks again to the good guys in your team. Get rid of the slack ones in Napier we say!.

Conroy Removals handled the Australia leg of my international shipment (house move) from Amsterdam to Canberra (via Brisbane). Satisfied with their timely status updates and prompt response on my queries. Their detailed instructions around paperwork ensured smooth clearance from Customs and Quarantine. Goods were delivered into designated room in my house as promised. Plus one satisfied customer

"nothing too much trouble"
Guys who did the delivery were great. Very professional, and nothing too much trouble. We did send a few emails to Admin, but never got replies so were uncertain if they'd been received. No big deal.
Job well done on time for pick up management and workers to be congratulated kind and friendly easy to talk to i recommend Conroy Removals to anyone. Thanks.
