Hi everyone
I had an awful experience moving to New Zealand with a MAJOR international removals company. My motorcycle dispappeared for 7 months, my stuff took 4 months to arrive, and I had to initiate all communication. I was bumped from person to person, and it was a disgrace. The benchmark was thus set.
First, there was Nathan, he was the person doing the quote. He was open, sincere, and knowledgeable. Anything he promised to do got done in great time, and if he couldn't do it, he contacted me personally to keep me updated. Then came the packers. They arrived EARLY!!! then they worked tirelessly without losing patience when I forgot stuff, were super friendly, so efficient and took great care of packaging my stuff. They were reassuring, trustworthy and great people.
At this end, in Brisbane, I was updated at every stage in the process, even with regard to government regulation. It took only 4 weeks from pickup to set down, and there were no hiccups. The guys who delivered the stuff to my door also arrived exactly on time, were friendly, enthusiastic and careful with my stuff. We were in the middle of a heatwave, but still worked tirelessly carting my loads of stuff around - tons of it. When I told them not to unpack as it was so hot, just to leave it, they kept on insisting that they unpack - I almost had to fight them off!! Afterwards I found out that they still needed to go to another job too - hows that for putting customer before self? When they left, they even gave me an ice cold bottle of water!!!
And then Conroys STILL followed up to ensure that I was happy! HELL YEA!!
Conroy Brothers, you've got a wickedly awesome team, look after them! And please send my personal thanks to all involved.

The team at Conroy Removals were amazing! Conroy were the other end of our UK to Australia move. What I thought might be a hassle, in terms of getting our belongings out of storage, was a breeze. The communication was great in the admin team and they pulled the shipment up from Melbourne to Sydney in a week. The crew who unpacked were customer service focused and efficient. Thanks again!!!

"exceptional in guiding us through"
Janelle and her team in Melbourne were exceptional in guiding us through stuff we knew nothing about to transfer our household belongings from Melbourne to Nelson NZ. And then Duncan and Timothy greeted us in Nelson, a special thank you to these guys who were so professional interacting with us? and all the others behind the scenes who made the service Conroy offered exceptional, thank you!
All staff taht was involed with my move were extremly helpfull and very professional in their roles
