overall this was a terrific experience -- best moving company we have ever used by far.

There is some damage to my BBQ and also a basketball hoop, so I'd like to make sure someone gets in touch with me so that I can understand how to address these issues.

Extremely pleased with the shifting team. They were friendly, incredibly helpful and extremely hard working. No request was too much and they took incredible care with our belongings. Everything was placed exactly where we wanted it and nothing at all was damaged.

the only issue i have was being able to contact a particular person when not available to leave a msg then being told to leave a msg then told the mail box is full?? this happened several times at one stage i tried to get thru on and off for 3 days. otherwise the staff very friendly

Thanks to your team great worry free move, very impressed with your packers ,never seen such professional packing before...no no breakages unreal. I insured my art collecion my self as your insurance agent was 7000 dollars dearer than mine suggest you use mine in future, abbotts insurance new zealand.
