the team that came to deliver and unpack were efficient and friendly.

Customer care is excellent. The Melbourne crew made everything easy, and sufficient. Delivery in New Zealand was on time, and all my property in excellent condition. Many thanks to all, definitely recommend Conroy to all.
"disappointed with the quality of the packaging"
This was our 8th move but first experience with a pack & unpack service. We were really disappointed with the quality of the packaging of our goods with a number of items being damaged and broken. Something we had never experienced when doing it ourselves. Interesting to note that what we did prepackage ourselves this time suffered no damage.

The service was top class. From the Office and adminiostrative feedback to the delivery. Thank you to Debbie for her effecient and quick communication and service. I cannot remember the 2 guys names who moved us into our house, but they are to be highly praised and acknowledged by Conroy. There service was spectacular. Thank you!

"The whole move was a breeze"
Many thanks to Lee for persevering with my many cancellations and still came back to me when i finally booked my dates. Many thanks also to Simon and his offsider who came in pack/wrapped and loaded. The whole move was a breeze from this side. I had a small local delivery to do but because of the rain the boys put it off for the next day. 7am they were knocking on my door....they didn't want the lounge suite to get water damaged. Very thoughtful guys. Delivery was meant to be the 9th Oct but missed the connecting vessel in Brisbane. Delivery is now scheduled for the 13th Nov. Once again many thanks to Lee and his team
"I was impressed with the overall service"
I was impressed with the overall service from the time of placing the order with your sales representative through the packers and movers, who were very efficient and full of good will, to Sharnie and Jaymee who have helped me with a numbber of concerns and enquiries along the way. I feel overall that Conroys really looked afterme and can only say thank you to all who did the job. You were great!
