Service was excellent right from the quote process in Australia, through to delivery and unpacking in New Zealand.  The communication was great, both with what was offered from Conroys and answers to any queries that we had along the way.

Packing was very good as there was no damage but we find small items were wrapped with too much packing materials because hard to undo and fills up too many recycling bins!!

Very happy with the performance of mark and Tom and would like them to be involved in our next move once our house is built. Good humored and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble. Over the last 20 years I hae had 6 interstate moves and 3 within Qld for work transfers, your team have been the standouts. Sam and I greatly appreciate the service provided and thanks to john for his assistance and adise in the pre move visit.
