Customer care is excellent. The Melbourne crew made everything easy, and sufficient. Delivery in New Zealand was on time, and all my property in excellent condition. Many thanks to all, definitely recommend Conroy to all.
"disappointed with the quality of the packaging"
This was our 8th move but first experience with a pack & unpack service. We were really disappointed with the quality of the packaging of our goods with a number of items being damaged and broken. Something we had never experienced when doing it ourselves. Interesting to note that what we did prepackage ourselves this time suffered no damage.

The service was top class. From the Office and adminiostrative feedback to the delivery. Thank you to Debbie for her effecient and quick communication and service. I cannot remember the 2 guys names who moved us into our house, but they are to be highly praised and acknowledged by Conroy. There service was spectacular. Thank you!
Slick service On both sides. The packing teams were a delight. Friendly, polite and very professional. Everyone turned up on time and the whole process was managed beautifully. All our stuff arrived in great condition- no casualties caused by Conroys! Communication was also great, by keeping us informed by e mail and phone .
