The Conroy staff were professional, friendly and accommodating! Moving is usually a terrible experience however Conroy made it very pleasant! I'm looking forward to moving again!

"Overall our experience was excellent"
Overall our experience was excellent, particularly the service and communications with Justin and Michelle and the standard of work by the packing team in Melbourne. Not a single piece of glassware or crockery was broken.
The NZ team was also excellent once communications had been properly established.
Quibles were minor. The truck from Christchurch to Wanaka was given the wrong address, 112 Aubrey Rd instead of 1122 Aubrey Rd which cost them an hour or so.
The one real negative was the service from TNT with the airfreight of the computers. They had the wrong phone numer, thinking my mobile was a NZ one instead of an Australian one which should have been obvious, and it's almost impossible to get in touch with them on their N Z website! 0800 numbers do not work from N Z!
And when the computers were finally delivered they were just left in an open garage with no signature sought.
I wouldn''t ever use them again and the service was lamentable compared with DHL which we had used a few months earlier.
But overall very well done and our sincere thanks for being so friendly and easy to work with.
Went perfect. Moved from germany to australia. You took perfect care of all quarantine efforts and delivered as proposed, even a little bit earlier. The guys unloaded very fast and carefully. Thank you very much.
