The boxes are still in customs so I don't know how and if everything will get here.  I especially appreciated the updates on the progress.

The removalists who did our move were outstanding, not only were they incredibly nice they were efficient, careful and respectful of our belongings.

Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Our shipment arrived and all our belongings were in order with nothing damaged or missing. We were pleased with the way the packing was done which ensured that the long journey didn't damage anything. We had artwork and frames with glass but nothing was broken, so that was appreciated. There were small extra fees we had to pay at the receiving end and that was unexpected. The removal of boxes took longer than we hoped for. Overall, the service was good and professional.

Everyone got the idea of what we wanted to do, a certain volume, personal items only, it was a refreshing experience. Price was great without any sacrifice on professionalism and when we realized the volume was significantly less a refund was given, no fuss. Many thanks from us for an easy move.
