Very clear, friendly and consistent communication from beginning to end of process. I appreciated the regular updates from Conroys regarding where my belongings were. Delivery at final destination was efficient and timely, and all items are intact and accounted for. We are very impressed and satisfied with the service received.

We had a 20 feet container from Hong Kong to Sydney.Excellent delivery men, Fred+1 men sorry forgot his name), they were so kind and did an excellent job. initially thought 2 men would not be enough as we had 9 people at departure. However we wanted to unpack things ourselves so it all finished before lunch time. Excellent communication by customer service team, very quick response to my questions, and appreciated a message with a status updates (arrival/customs/clearance/delivery) We had a last minute address change for delivery, which was managed by Conroy without an issue. Delivery date was just after a week after clearance which i appreciate, as I missed using my bed! Thank you for making my move go smoothly.
This is the second time in 18 months that I have used Conroy Removals. As with the first time, they are helpful, effecient, and pleasant to work with. They are also very cost competitive. Highly recommend them in both Australia and New Zealand.
