Conroy Removals crew were amazing. Strong, friendly, polite, helpful and incredibly fast. Our move was to a very steep block and a house full of stairs, we have some heavy pieces of furniture and the removal crew were like machines! They supported and looked out for each other all day. Amazing crew, awesome effort, couldn't have wanted for a better crew of guys. Thank you

Bad Service
Initially I booked packing one day & pick up next day. Then storage for a few months & delivery to a new address. I chose this company thinking I would get what I paid for as they were the highest quote and seemed reputable. Just prior to packing day they changed to pack and removal same day. I requested separate days, they insisted it could be comfortably done in one day. Packers seemed blazay, one guy in particular was very chatty After he left I checked through the cupboards where he was packing , he'd left 3 drawers and 1 cupboard unpacked making it a rushed pack for his collegues. The packing took alot longer than they expected but insisted they would remove that same day. It was 8pmish at night and they were running to finish the container packing. Upon delivery of the goods, (April 5th) after storage for several months, I noted half empty boxes that had bent down due to weight on top of them. most of my expensive glasses where just stuck inside of each other (which made it hard to separate without the bottom one breaking ) and many others were broken. One of the lamp shades did not have much padding and has been damaged due to packing ontop of it. My 6 Royal Doulton pasta dishes were just stacked together and wrapped in one piece of kitchen paper. Many boxes had goods just thrown in with no wrapping or padding at all. The team leader for the delivery was disgusted with the standard of work and took photos and promised he woud report back to the company. I emailed my concern on 26th April, no response. Then again 2nd May asking for confirmation of email receipt... , no answer , so trying to be reasonable I phoned the office on 5th May . I was told that my emails had been received and passed onto the sales manager. Todate 15th May I have not heard anything. A disgusting result of bad service with zero ater service or followup for which I paid a premium price. Obviously I will not be recommending this company.
Overall, our experience with Conroy's was great. One thing that might help for the future is to have a more detailed idea of where in the clearance process one's items are (perhaps a number in a queue) as this would save phone calls to check on items. Otherwise, everything arrived in good condition and the movers were quick with their delivery.
