Overall experience was great . The lads who who completed the uplift and delivery were  very friendly , helpful and quick

Not one of the most successful relocations I have done, I have used this company on previous moves with no issues until now. Tv cabinet missing and a section to my lounge suite. Driver Glen who delivered was great his helper not so great banged furniture into walls had no idea what he was doing just dropped boxes on the floor with little care. Some items damaged slightly. TV only 6 months old damaged now needs replaced. So not overally happy.

Rhonda and the team were very helpful, made the move very smooth for me. Definitely recomending this service to friends/family who are also planning to move soon!

One of the crew packing our items were less experienced and placed handbags/hats on the bottom of the box prior to placing heavy items on top. This resulted in damaged handbags/hats. Overall, satisfactory.

Communication has been wonderful - from the start through the delivery process

The packing, pick up and delivery personnel have been excellent in all respects

However there has been one significant failing. Our Rimu dining table has had the pedestal broken into 4 pieces, and we trust that Conroy will handled this failure with the excellence that they have shown to date

Both removalists were lovely but if my partner and I  had not helped with the lifting and carrying it would have taken a lot longer, more than 2 hours longer. The more senior of the 2 men spent a lot of time in the truck while the younger guy was running back and forth lifting and carrying and doing a great job.

I used Conroy Removals service because they were affordable the timeframe given was correct delivery 2-3 months. My shipment was picked up on the date I requested and delivery was smooth and efficient. One of the delivery guys also helped me move a very old safe a previous aside as a previous tenant had left behind in the garage which Conroy staff did not have to do. I apprecaite all the hard word everyone did from quote, pickup to delivery. Thank you very much Conroy Removals for making the move of my shipment from New Zealand to Australia an easy no stress experience. Thanks Lisha
