Thank you very much for your help in getting our shipment to France. Overall we were very happy with the service, the organisation at the French end was excellent. Our only feedback would be that we felt communications with your operations department in Brisbane and their supply of information to France could have been better.
The removalisits who unloaded my goods worked extremely hard on a very hot day. They were excellent. However in unpacking goods, there were a few unwelcome surprises. Most of my things were well packed but unfortunately some boxes were thoughtlessly packed and very haphazard. This resulted in finding an old family heirloom, a piece of Australiania broken. I was distressed to see it had been placed at the bottom of the box, had a heavy object inserted inside it,. The opposite of what you'd want. A few of my older objects arrived with ends chipped off. I think the packer must have thought their age meant it didn't matter rather than more care should be taken. Some furniture arrived slightly damaged. Luckily the majority of things arrived intact ...though I haven't finished unpacking yet. The things from my dressing table seemed to be just thrown into a box and jewellery spilled everywhere. So some good things and bad things. It's just a pity that the things that were broken also had sentimental value.

I recently had a personal consignment shipped from NZ to Australia. Once it had arrived in port, and this office took over, I was kept updated all the way via emails and telephone calls. I found the staff member assigned to my case to be professional and friendly. I requested a telephone call prior to delivery of my consignment to a storage facility, as I wished the staff to liaise with an agent acting on my behalf. This was done as promised and the delivery arrived as scheduled. I have not had a chance to unpack all of the numerous boxes yet, so I can't comment on whether there are any breakages. The unpacking will take considerable time. However, I can provide feedback on the actual shipping process, which flowed smoothly. Time from NZ to Australia was 3 weeks and 2 days. Time from arrival, customs/quarantine clearance, warehouse, out for delivery took just under 2 weeks. I was very happy with the communication and service provided.
Appreciated the regular updates on progress through the customs & quarantine process.
